The
NSCRA Season opener, at the Palm Beach International Raceway, started off with a well deserved step into the 8second club for the CFT/Proccolino EVO. In April 2009, they started their quest with 1006whp, 616tq on 49psi. For all of 2009, this hard working team has lingered on the border of an 8second pass with their best time of 9.07 @ 166.42 at the Superstreet Shootout #3, in May 2009. At the end of 2009, they also had 2nd place at the War of the Imports event in Orlando, FL.
Meticulous planning and patience has brought great success this past weekend, with their pass of 8.87 @ 159mph with 1.44 60' 1/8 126.3mph. They placed 3rd in the Pro Hot Rod Category with full 16 car field. A huge congratulations to the team!
